Employer portal and staff accounts are issued by Trade Search USA. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts may be suspended if these terms are violated.

Joining the talent network or expressing interest in an opportunity does not create an employment relationship with Trade Search USA. We present your information to an employer only with your permission for a specific opportunity.

Talent requests and job details submitted through the site are used to conduct a search. Candidate information presented to you is confidential and may be used only to evaluate that person for the role it was presented for.

Submitting a talent request, posting a hiring need or joining the talent network does not guarantee a placement, an interview or an offer. Opportunities listed may change or close at any time.

Placement fees, guarantees, invoicing and search terms for employers are governed by a separate written Employer Recruiting Agreement. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on this website replaces, modifies or serves as that agreement, and nothing here constitutes a binding service contract.

Invoices issued to employers are payable under the terms shown on the invoice and in the applicable recruiting agreement. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

Content, branding, job descriptions and materials on this site are the property of Trade Search USA and may not be copied, republished or reproduced without permission.
